About Michael Green

Michael Green is the Principal of the firm. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business, Diploma in Law (LPAB) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW and is entered in the register of practitioners of the High Court of Australia. He is a member of the Law Society of NSW. 

Prior to entering private legal practice Michael gained over 20 years experience in the employment and industrial relations sector representing a number of large employers including Caltex and Star City Casino as well as a large registered club in the western suburbs of Sydney. 

Michael also worked for Brydens as the Employment, Harassment and Discrimination Division Manager. In this position he regularly acted for and represented individual applicants and plaintiffs. 

Michael’s principal areas of practice are, employment law, industrial relations law, unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment, unfair dismissal and unlawful termination of employment, negotiations with unions and dispute resolution, probate disputes, family provision, debt recovery, administrative disputes and NDIA disputes.

Michael has considerable experience in conducting proceedings through various courts and tribunals to achieve justice for clients. Michael also has significant experience in the following practice areas:
